Because Adam was sick for so long, we have been busy trying to cram a whole summer's worth of activities into 6 weeks. Here's a bunch of our adventures.

We went to see Thomas again at the Illinois Railway Museum.
He took us for a ride on his coaches.

We got crazy with some shaving cream in the kitchen.

Ummm.....I don't think you need to worry about shaving your chest just yet young man.
For Mom's birthday we took a trip to the Chicago Botanic Gardens to check out their trains.

We could have sat there for hours.

Of course Mom wanted to check out some of the other gardens.

But we just had to keep going back to the trains.
We took showers at the vacation house.

And played in the river.

Rock inspectors. Yep, they sink.

Uncle Joe gave me a lift home. I was a bit tired.
